How does the movie screening program work?
You host a private screening of one of our two financial documentary films at a theater in your market. Guests show up because they were invited to a movie — not a financial presentation — so the room tends to be relaxed and genuinely curious. After the film, you take a few minutes to share your perspective and open the door to follow-up conversations.

CinemaConnect runs alongside your existing seminars and workshops, not in place of them. It reaches a different part of your market — people who may not respond to a seminar invitation but will come to a movie.

The process:

  1. Secure your exclusive territory license
  2. Work with your LeadingResponse Marketing Coach to pick a theater and date and build your campaign
  3. We promote the screening and fill the seats
  4. You host the event and follow up from there

Each film also has a shorter “mini” version if you’d rather incorporate it into an existing dinner or workshop format. Either way, LeadingResponse handles the marketing.

Is my territory exclusive?

Yes. Once you license a territory, no other advisor in the program runs screenings in that market. Territories are built around metro and regional markets, so you have real room to work with.

A lot of advisors treat this as a long-term play — being the person in their market who’s consistently brought these films and conversations to the community builds a kind of recognition that’s hard for a competitor to come in and replicate.

Is marketing included?

The marketing is handled by LeadingResponse — the exclusive national marketing partner for CinemaConnect. Every advisor in the program works with a dedicated Marketing Coach who plans and runs their event campaign start to finish.

Your coach manages the promotion, invitations, digital ads, RSVP tracking, and follow-up prep. LeadingResponse has been filling rooms for financial advisors for 30 years. This is what we do.

Can I run more than one screening per year?

It happens. If you need to reschedule, you work with the theater directly to find a new date — each venue has its own policies. Because the film is delivered digitally, moving the screening itself is usually pretty straightforward once a new date is confirmed.

The main thing is to get your LeadingResponse Marketing Coach in the loop as early as possible so the campaign can be adjusted accordingly.

What does the actual event look like?

It runs like a premiere, not a seminar.

Guests check in at the theater, pick up their lanyard, grab refreshments, and find their seats. You welcome the room, introduce the film, and sit down. Scripts and talking points are included — you’re not winging it. The documentary plays. When it ends, you come back up, share a few thoughts, and open the floor.

Guests who want to keep talking have a clear next step. QR codes and sign-up forms are built in so you can move interested people into follow-up the same night.

How long does it take to get the first screening off the ground?

Most advisors are up and running within six to eight weeks of securing their territory. Once the license is in place, you and your Marketing Coach pick a date, lock in the theater, and kick off the campaign. After the first one, the process is familiar and the tools are already in place.

How much does it cost?

There are three ways in:

Introductory Offer — $1,295 per screening, per film

Run one screening before you commit to a territory. Includes film access, DCP delivery, event materials, group onboarding, a post-screening call with your Marketing Coach, and one-on-one support. No territory exclusivity at this level. If you upgrade to an annual territory within 30 days, the $1,295 comes off your license fee.

Producer Credit — $19,950/year

Your exclusive territory, screening rights to all films, event templates and launch materials, your name in the film credits, and the step-by-step launch program.

Executive Producer Credit — $24,895/year

Everything in the Producer Credit, plus the 2-Day Advisor Summit, in-studio filming, an appearance in the films, your animated logo on screen, and customized trailers.

Theater rental and LeadingResponse marketing costs are separate and coordinated through your Marketing Coach.

Can I pick my own theater and date?

Yes, subject to availability. You choose the theater and date that make sense for your location and your audience. Most screenings happen at AMC, Regal, Cinemark, or comparable venues — places people actually want to spend an evening.

Once the date is set, the film gets delivered digitally to the theater in the format required for professional projection. You focus on your guests. We handle the rest.

What support do I get?

You get a full toolkit and a real person to work with. That includes screening rights, territory protection, event templates, a hosting guide, talking points, Q&A prep, and access to the Demogronomics film team when you need them.

Your LeadingResponse Marketing Coach handles the marketing side throughout and is your main point of contact.

Executive Producer participants also get access to the 2-Day Advisor Summit — where you work alongside other advisors in the program, take part in filming sessions, and get a close look at what’s driving results in the field.
