LeadingResponse Expands Its Growth Marketing Team, Appoints Michelle Rainbow as SVP of Growth Marketing

LeadingResponse, the leader in consumer engagement, today announced a major expansion to its Growth Marketing Team, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, performance, and measurable client growth. As part of this evolution, Michelle Rainbow has been named Senior Vice President of Growth Marketing, where she will lead strategy across consumer acquisition, conversion optimization, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.

Rainbow brings more than 20 years of experience in performance and growth marketing, with a background spanning agency leadership and consulting roles. She has worked with Fortune 100 organizations including Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, Disney, Comcast, and Coca-Cola, advising on media investment, audience strategy, and marketing efficiency across highly competitive, regulated categories. At LeadingResponse, she will focus on accelerating innovation across media and analytics and strengthening collaboration between marketing, technology, and sales to drive improved outcomes at scale.

In addition to Rainbow’s appointment, LeadingResponse has added three senior leaders to the team:

  • Thomas Butler, Director of Affiliate Marketing, brings deep experience in building and scaling compliant, high-performing networks across legal and insurance categories. He will lead affiliate strategy to drive efficient, scalable client acquisition.
  • Kristina Deterding, Senior Media Manager, Social, joins with a strong background in paid social strategy, creative testing, and full-funnel optimization. She will lead social execution and innovation to improve reach and conversion efficiency.
  • Matt Markham, Director of Paid Search, brings over a decade of experience leading enterprise SEM programs. He will oversee paid search strategy to maximize ROI across highly competitive and regulated markets.

Together, the expanded Growth Marketing Team will focus on advancing full-funnel performance, improving marketing efficiency, and delivering greater visibility into ROI for LeadingResponse’s clients.
