It’s time for another LeadingResponse Meet the Team blog spotlight, where we introduce the people behind the strategy, the service, and the results.

Today, we’re excited to feature Michael Pineda, National Marketing Consultant. Michael works closely with our partners across the country, helping them build smart, data-driven marketing strategies that drive attendance, spark meaningful conversations, and fuel long-term growth.

Let’s get to know him a little better.

Give me your 30-second elevator speech.

My name is Michael Pineda; I am a marketing consultant who assists industry leaders in growing their respective markets. I am a father of four and spend my days building relationships with clients while also taking care of my family in any way I can. My goal is to set myself and my family up for future success.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

I get to meet a lot of interesting people in all walks of life. Whether it is different stages in life, or different and even similar upbringings to me. I learn a lot about people and what makes them unique in this profession.

How about more about you, personally?

I love to cook. One of my favorite hobbies besides video games is cooking. I like to experiment with new foods and cooking methods. One thing I do a lot, which my family enjoys, is that if I find a restaurant dish we all like, I try to make an at-home version so we can incorporate the new favorite into weekly meals.

Aside from my 4 kids (Malachi, Atlas, Odin and Poppy) I currently have two dogs (Maisie and Goose) and one cat (Kiki).

What did you want to be when you were small?

I had a lot of aspirations growing up. I would say one thing that has remained true, I would love to own my own business someday, preferably one that provides value to the world and community in a helpful way.

What would you sing at karaoke night?

I am a big rock/metal listener, but ultimately, I would probably go with a Queen song.

What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

I used to be into extreme sports, one time I cliff dived at the lake, won’t be doing that again!

What motivates me most is my family. They are my number one reason to get up and run the day.

Is your glass half full or half empty?

Half Full, always.

Who is your hero?

I have two. I would say Arnold Schwarzenegger and Robin Williams. Arnold shows what years of planning, perseverance, and dedication can do when it comes to any goal. Robin Williams was my hero growing up, as he gave us a reason to smile no matter what.

Thank you!
