Every team has that one person who brings a little extra personality to the mix, the kind of presence you notice the moment they walk into a room. At LeadingResponse, that’s Scott Kasprzyk. As Director of Partner Growth and Development, Scott has been a driving force behind building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping both clients and teammates succeed—but he’s also known for being, well… a bit of a character in the best way possible.

A long-time member of the LeadingResponse team, Scott combines deep industry knowledge with an energy and authenticity that make him unforgettable. In this Meet the Team feature, we’re taking a closer look at the person behind the title.

Give me your 30-second elevator speech.

I’m a bit of a jack-of-all-trades at LeadingResponse, but officially, I serve as the Director of Partner Growth and Development. I work closely with our partners to help them grow, hit their goals, and ultimately drive meaningful results. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: help connect consumers with the right professionals so they can make confident decisions about life’s biggest moments and sleep a little easier at night… just like my parents.

Who is your hero?

Balto. He’s loyal, relentless, and got the job done when it mattered most.

What is your biggest fear?

Ladders. Not heights. Just ladders. Something about them doesn’t sit right.

Anything you would change about yourself?

I’d grow hair on my legs. Yeah… I know. Not my proudest answer, but we’re being honest here.

What motivates you to work hard?

My son. No question.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

Helping connect people with professionals who can guide them through major life decisions. That kind of impact matters.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

Being part of the 1995 6A High School Soccer State Championship team, ranked 7th in the nation. And yes, Glory Days tends to play in my head when I think about it.

In 5 years, I see myself still growing, still helping others succeed, and hopefully with a little more time on the water.

What makes you laugh the most?

Right now? Anthony Brock vs. his goats on Facebook. It’s chaos in the best way.

What year would you travel to, if you could?

886 A.D. Don’t ask why—I just want to see what was going on.

What one thing could you not go a day without?

My French bulldog, Gidget. She’s a character. Keeps things interesting.

What song would you say best sums you up?

The Fox (What Does the Fox Say?). A little unexpected, a little chaotic—that tracks.

Thank you!

Big thanks to Scott for taking the time to share a glimpse into his world, equal parts insight, humor, and personality. It’s easy to see why he’s been such a valued part of the LeadingResponse team for so long.

We’re lucky to have him on the journey, and even luckier that he keeps things interesting along the way.
