How does direct mail factor into today’s multichannel marketing efforts? As Jen states, “There’s this appreciation for what’s classic. What is old is new again. When was the last time you got a thank you card from someone? How did it make you feel?”
As for using direct mail as a primary driver for events and why it works so well, it’s “because it’s going to get us a higher quality responder. The list is cleaner. The data is better.”
